Description:

  • Reporting to General Manager of International Sales
  • Handling indoor sales inquiries and orders by phone or email
  • Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records
  • Preparing data sets for Management reporting and internal controls
  • Oversee and be operational in the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
  • Take a lead in the Sales Support Division within the International Business Department
  • Uphold SOP processes and standardSupport the International Business Department in Admin matters and controls.
