Description:
The Induction and Mandatory Training team are looking for a highly organised administrator to join our team.
This will be an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for education, training and development. Key result areas for this role will be to support the delivery of induction and mandatory training for all new and existing staff working at UCLH.
This role will give you the opportunity to work with colleagues from across the organisation, developing your understanding of learning and educational needs that support our staff to maximise their potential. You will be supported and trained in your role by experienced Education professionals.
We are looking for specific skills to complement our service. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic about completing their work accurately and to a high standard.
They will enjoy working in a customer-focused role, problem solving with our colleagues and managing competing priorities and deadlines.
They will bring excellent organisational skills and outstanding timekeeping that will help them manage a varied workload. Strong IT skills and experience in using databases or learning management systems will be essential to helping you succeed in this role.
