Description:

POSITION: INDUSTRIAL CLEANING - WALKING SUPERVISOR

Location: Greater Dublin Area, including Dublin, Kildare, and Citywest
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Hourly Rate: €17.00
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Hours: 8 hours per day, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with a half-hour lunch break). Evening and night shifts may also be required.

JOB SUMMARY

We seek two dedicated and experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisors to join our team at City West, Magna Drive. These permanent, full-time roles involve overseeing industrial cleaning operations while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in industrial cleaning.
  • Full clean driver’s licence.
  • Garda vetting is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work evenings and nights as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage industrial cleaning staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of cleaning equipment.
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and staff performance.
  • Address any issues or repairs promptly.
  • Coordinate with clients and management to meet cleaning requirements.
