Description:

Immediate start.
We are looking for 7 full-time permanent (working at least 30 hours per week, workdays from Monday to Saturday) Industrial Coatings Workers to grow with our team.
Excellent opportunity to join a successful and well-established Auckland based painting company and become a part of a great team. The location of work is within Auckland Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental systems and procedures
  • To oversee and train junior workers as required
  • To undertake water/abrasive blasting of various substrates, e.g., steel beams, concrete walls, and buildings
  • Working at heights and around access machinery and equipment
  • To prepare surfaces using hand and power tools to client specification
  • To carry out occasional construction labour works
  • To use airless spray equipment to apply specific protective paints to client specification
  • To use quality control equipment and record QA
  • To mix and apply various types of paints according to client specifications
  • To undertake training as required
