Job Title: Industrial Controlling Manager (fixed-term contract)
Reports to: Supply Chain FP&A, Director
Location: Capri Footwear Industries in Pistoia
Job Purpose
The purpose of the role is to provide strong industrial control support to the Supply Chain FP&A, Director and General Manager of the factory.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supervising two inventory control resources;
  • Contributing to the maintenance of the inventory control systems and inve tory ageing calculation;
  • Monitoring, controlling and analysing production plans, marginality and costs;
  • Preparing ad-hoc analysis on production costs with explanations and suggestions to the operation teams to improve the efficiency;
  • Supporting monthly closing process;
  • Contributing to the month-end reporting and controlling processes related to the industrial operations;
  • Budget and forecast preparation;
  • Controlling capital expenditure costs.

Competencies and Experience Required:

  • Maximum 3 years in similar roles;
  • Experience within Finance department of multinational company;
  • Possess sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and IFRS principles;
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes alongside expertise in finance principles;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; etc.);
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
