Key responsibilities
Create compelling concepts and industrial designs, based on creative direction and brand language
Be design lead in projects, as a key driver from design team side, from early concept creation all the way to launch
Visualize and present your ideas in an inspiring and communicative manner
Contribute creatively in design team and cross-company team working sessions and workshops
Work closely with PM and engineering teams globally in project core teams and conversations
Strive towards more sustainable solutions, repairability, exchangeability and refurbishing or parts, extending the lifecycle of our products
Work closely with manufacturing teams globally to ensure that designs are delivered according to our design standards and to explore new processes and ideas
Ensure that the products are well represented in marketing
Contribute across Bang & Olufsen sites and visit suppliers
What you bring
We are seeking an industrial designer with 5-10 years of experience from an industrial designer position within product design, consumer electronics, automotive, interior design or another relevant field. As a person, you have a positive mindset and effective collaboration skills and you know how to reach optimal results through teamwork.
