OTHER AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Other Requirements:
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of leading successful product development projects from concept to market.

Travel Requirements:

• Frequent travel (approximately 5%) through Europe, Asia, and the United States will be required to visit other office locations, attend conferences, visit suppliers and customers, conduct market research, and collaborate on projects.
• A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally are essential for this role.

THE ROLE

As we continue to expand our product lines and global footprint, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Designer to join our dynamic product development team. The Industrial Designer will be responsible for designing and developing helmets and footwear that are not only aesthetically appealing but also highly functional and manufacturable. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire design process, from concept development to final production, ensuring that the end product aligns with the company’s brand and customer needs.
