1- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety standards in all aspects of work, including machine operations, by conducting comprehensive risk assessments, implementing preventive measures, and providing continuous training programs to promote a culture of safety and minimize risks.
2- Continuously analyze workflows and operational procedures, designing innovative strategies to enhance the efficiency of production processes, reduce waste in resources and energy, and achieve optimal results with minimal costs.
3- Integrate modern technologies and design control systems that focus on improving production efficiency, reducing operational costs, addressing potential issues, and meeting market demands through the use of automation and artificial intelligence.
4- Lead projects to develop production lines by planning and supervising the implementation of equipment upgrades, ensuring objectives are met in coordination with all relevant departments, and improving overall work and production efficiency. 5- Collect and analyze production data such as performance rates, labor efficiency, and waste levels, and prepare comprehensive reports highlighting strengths and weaknesses in current processes, along with clear recommendations for improvement and productivity enhancement.
6- Effectively manage available resources by monitoring the consumption of materials and energy, applying lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste, and proposing innovative cost-saving solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
7- Organize specialized training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills for new processes, providing detailed and comprehensive operational guides while offering ongoing technical support to improve team performance.
8- Identify operational issues and deviations from established production standards, conduct in-depth analyses of these issues, and develop innovative and effective solutions to improve production processes and ensure adherence to specifications. 9- Collaborate in developing design and production standards by working closely with management to ensure these standards align with the company’s goals, enhancing quality and efficiency while reducing long-term operational costs.
10- Prepare detailed and comprehensive lists of materials and equipment required for production processes, organize purchase orders, analyze associated costs, and provide accurate production cost estimates to support informed financial decision-making.
11- Conduct periodic reviews of work plans and project schedules to ensure all tasks and objectives are progressing as planned, addressing any delays or challenges that could impact workflow or final results.
12- Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors, including those related to process development, performance improvement, or participation in new projects to better align with the company’s objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per mont
