The Industrial Engineer - Digital Transformation Analyst and Designer role is a strategic combination of Business Analysis and UX/UI Design, focusing on analysing business processes, user interactions, and customer feedback to inform and shape digital transformation strategies. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that digital initiatives not only align with business objectives but also enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving the user experience across digital platforms. This position is ideal for a newly qualified Industrial Engineer with no more than 2 years of post-graduation experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 0-2 years of post-graduation experience in a relevant role.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Basic understanding of business analysis and UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and tools for user experience design.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital transformation landscape.

Comprehensive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and client feedback to develop effective digital transformation strategies.
User Experience Design: Design and refine user interfaces on digital platforms to be intuitive and user-friendly.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with development teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to translate insights into practical digital solutions.
Customer Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms to collect and analyse user feedback, driving improvements in the digital experience.
Business Process Alignment: Ensure digital initiatives align with business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
Prototyping and Usability Testing: Create prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor digital platform performance and user interactions, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Process Improvement: Focus on continuous process improvement, initially conducting AS-IS analysis and including Time Study analysis
