Responsibilities:
- Bring subject matter expertise in the applied behavioral and organizational sciences to provide technical guidance on impactful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
- Develop, administer, and analyze surveys.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Manage the development of innovative human capital research projects for clients.
- Critically analyze data output, translate research findings into narrative descriptions, and appropriately communicate recommendations for action.
- Manage the design, development, administration, and validation of assessments.
- Facilitate interviews, focus groups, and workshops with subject matter experts to collect and validate data.
- Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract.
- Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues.
- Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
- Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development.
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
- Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
- Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools as well as internet research tools on a daily basis.
