We are looking for a passionate, and experienced Industrial Relations Manager to join our Far West Local Health District People and Culture Team who operate out of Broken Hill, the iconic mining town in far west NSW full of spirit, history, diversity and character.
As part of the FWLHD team, this is an exciting and unique opportunity which combines working alongside the Ministry of Health Workplace Relations in supporting the FWLHD Executive and management teams across all aspects of Industrial Relations.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the People & Culture Director, you will be responsible for managing the industrial relations issues, industrial projects and providing high quality industrial and employee relations advice and services to the Far West Local Health District.
You will be a motivated self-starter that has experience and extensive knowledge in contemporary industrial and employee relations frameworks and environments. You will be innovative in your thinking and will be able to apply this in managing the LHD Industrial and Employee Relations challenges.
Your ability to work with key stakeholders and create strong internal and external relationships will is key to being effective in the role. Understandably the role requires high level communication skills and the ability to navigate challenging scenarios to bring about timely resolution.
