REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• 3-5+ years’ experience driving and operating a Vacuum Truck.
• Ability to work shift work (Day/Night/Weekends).
• Construction Induction (White Card).
• Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years - essential).
• Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years - essential).
• Gas Test Atmosphere certificate (within 2 years – essential).
• Breathing Apparatus certificate (Highly desirable).
• MSMSS00004 - Operate High Pressure Water Jetting System – Operator (essential).
• 3-5 years’ experience working as a High Pressure Water Blaster at an Operator level.
  (Operater heat exchanger cleaning equipment is desirable.)

(Oil and gas experience is also desirable)

• Current Drivers Licence (HR/HC/MC - essential).
• High Risk Work License – LF/Dogman/Rigger (advantageous).
• Full Australian work rights.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are looking for a qualified Industrial Service Technician to join our local team in Lytton, QLD. This role is an ongoing casual position, with a 38-40 hour work week and occasional overtime. It’s perfect for someone who wants to be home every night and is very family-friendly. The ideal candidate will hold relevant experience in High Pressure Water Blasting at an Operator level and experience operating and driving Vacuum Trucks on site.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO

• Operating and driving Vacuum Trucks.
• Perform various types of high pressure water cleaning, including heat exchanger cleaning equipment.
• Tank cleaning.
• Sentry work.
• Manual labouring type duties.
• Strong commitment to Work Health and Safety including participating in safety documentation requirements.
• Ability to work within a team environment while capable of working unsupervised.
• Working within other crews and helping out wherever the team requires.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent Communication skills.
