KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Industry Engagement & Partnership Development - Secure national partnerships to generate field placement opportunities nationwide, ensuring partnerships comply with regulatory bodies; Achieve targets for agency engagement
  • Resource Forecasting for Maximum Placement Pipeline - Work closely with Head of Operations to forecast resource needs for the placement pipeline; Collaborate with Placement Manager to forecast placement vacancies.
  • Compliance and Documentation - Ensure all partnerships and placement activities comply with relevant regulations and standards; Collaborate with the Head of Operations, Quality Assurance, Dean to maintain compliance with industry requirements
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Utilise data and KPIs to inform decision-making & improvement and measure the success of engagement initiatives; Gather and report industry feedback to Academic department
  • Team Leadership and Performance Management - Provide mentoring and professional development opportunities for Regional Placement Coordinators, leading them to ensure effective strategies. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in leading & implementing placement and stakeholder engagement strategies for all AE courses nationwide, developing and maintaining high-quality industry partnerships in areas such as Community Services, Hospitality, and Nursing.
This role will be crucial in ensuring that AE always has enough placement partners to cater for its growth, while adhering to compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies, positioning AE as the “partner of choice” with our stakeholders.
