Description:

This is an exciting time to join one of Exeter’s biggest employers working to secure work placements for our learners. At the heart of vocational qualifications and the new T-Levels, Industry Placement prepares learners for the world of work.
This role is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career by supporting the development and delivery of work experience for our learners, with opportunities in many different industries. You’ll be based at one of our Exeter sites and will be supported by a team leader and a wider cross-college team.
You’ll need to be passionate about securing inspiring work placements that prepare learners for the world of work. Together with employers and our Apprenticeship team, you’ll equip learners with the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to secure future employment. You’ll be great at using your initiative, will have a positive, can-do attitude, and will be able to communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds. You will be working towards placement targets and will have the opportunity to earn up to a 20% bonus at the end of the academic year. This role will suit someone who’s brilliant at influencing and persuading potential employers to work in partnership with the College.
