What you’ll do:
Manage customer accounts and relationships including software licenses and cloud subscription sales, with a focus on achieving or exceeding quota targets.
Develop strategic, effective account plans to ensure delivery of revenue target and sustainable growth leveraging existing and potential customer relationships.
Build strong, committed relationships with customers, based on knowledge of their requirements, to serve as a trusted advisor and utilize to orchestrate future business opportunities.
Acquire in-depth understanding of each customer’s technology framework, growth plans, and competitive scenario, and stay updated on key industry trends affecting the customer.
Act as a leader for the designated territory, oversee accounts, relationships, prospect profiles, and sales cycles, striving to get all accounts as SAP references.
Develop and present comprehensive business plans addressing customer priorities and pain points, employing VE, benchmarking and ROI data to facilitate customer decisions.
Maintain a structured approach for pipeline planning and regular updating, use support organizations, including Marketing, Inside sales, Partners, and channels to boost pipeline into the assigned territory.
Be proficient in all SAP’s offering and use them for sales prospects, while also running and closing sales opportunities by successfully implementing the sales strategy.
Encourage sales excellence by emphasizing value selling, carrying out white space analysis, deploying apt teams for successful sales, deploying best practice sales models, understanding competitors and positioning solutions against them.
Lead virtual account teams displaying robust leadership abilities, ensure teams are well-prepared for customer interactions and sales support organizations are utilized to their fullest extent.
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions
- Proven track record in business application software sales.
- Experience in lead role of a team-selling environment. > Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.
- Business level English: Fluent
- Local language: Fluent, Business Level
About the Team:
The Account Executive’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and net new customers. The Account Executive brings a Point of View to the Customer engagement; uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate SAP products.
