Description:

The incumbent is responsible for supporting operations for the INFINITI sales department and field teams. In this capacity, the role will report to the National General Manager. While the workload of the activities may vary throughout the week, month, quarter and year, this position will be required to support the many Infiniti Sales Platforms, Reporting and Financial Processes in place.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. desirable
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience including marketing or data analyst roles. 1 to 2 years automotive marketing or analysis experience would be an asset.
Language: Advanced English
Computer Skills: high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Tableau and Zycus

OTHER SKILLS:

Interpersonal Skills: Collaboration, diplomacy, effective listening, organized, negotiation and presentation skills in establishing/communicating plans and programs to sales team, management and external contacts. These topics can be highly complex, sensitive and contentious.
Complexity and Problem Solving: Job-related problems are often non-routine and diverse, requiring market assessment analysis and creativity to identify potential solutions. For example, brand performance metrics are below expectations, the incumbent must perform market and competitor analysis to inform potential tactical pivots and recommend solutions to management. Excellent decision-making skills required with the ability to impact the company in a positive manner.
Decision-making/Impact of the Position: Instilling standardized processes in regard to creative approval processes and brand/event meetings across various departments. Decisions requiring management input include content of creative approvals; budget planning; event planning.
