As an Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our influencer and creator programs on social media for capital.com.
Your focus will be on acquiring and maintaining strong relationships with influencers in the fintech industry, particularly in EMEA and the UAE.
While prior experience in the fintech industry is desirable, we are keen to hear from all applicants with a strong track record of building strong creator networks and delivering results.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Marketing Platforms: Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and tools to manage and optimise campaigns
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms
  • Experience building programs for multiple platforms: X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
  • Content: Strong knowledge of best-in-class content for platforms
  • Portfolio

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for influencer marketing to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions
  • Identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and management of influencers, building strong relationships and providing support to maximise their performance
  • Use your passion to brief content creators on exciting new launch campaigns and ensure content is delivered to a high standard
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and performance incentives for influencers
  • Monitor and analyse the performance metrics of affiliates and influencers to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team on evergreen and campaign focused content and tailoring for relevant creators
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in influencer marketing
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in affiliate and influencer marketing and the fintech industry
  • Provide regular reports on performance, growth initiatives, and competitive analysis to stakeholders
  • Experience and contacts within the fintech industry, particularly in forex and CFD trading, are essential for this role
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
