OVERVIEW:

Brand new opportunity for an Influencer Manager with a strong background in influencer marketing to join a dynamic and innovative company in the wellness industry. As an Influencer Manager, you will be pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, boosting product awareness, and driving conversions through influencer partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing with performance marketing KPIs (e.g., CPA/ROAS).
  • Experience with influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience managing external agency partners.
  • Strong critical thinking and curiosity, adept at balancing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Project management skills, including developing and managing timelines and budgets.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers.
  • Organised and proactive problem solver with a focus on results.

Responsibilities:

ROLE:

The Influencer Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure seamless influencer activations. The Influencer Manager will source and manage creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, aligning campaigns to maximise exposure. This role involves budget management, performance tracking, and expanding the creator portfolio in the evolving influencer marketing landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience;
  • Identify and recruit influencers to build relationships that enhance brand connection and boost product awareness;
  • Implement social selling techniques to establish the company as a thought leader in gut health;
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to execute influencer activations;
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external agencies;
  • Conduct audits of ambassador and influencer deliverables to ensure brand compliance and performance;
  • Establish and negotiate influencer obligations and costs;
  • Create and review contracts to ensure adherence to regulations;
  • Amplify influencer content exposure through social media, paid e-commerce, etc;
  • Contribute to seasonal brainstorming sessions to integrate influencer activations into marketing campaigns;
  • Develop clear briefings for content creators to ensure successful influencer marketing initiatives;
  • Conduct performance reviews and reporting , providing updates on achievements;
  • Manage annual budgets for influencer marketing initiatives;
  • Collaborate with the press agency on influencer gifting campaigns and events;
  • Stay updated on industry trends , consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
