We are looking \uD83D\uDD0E to meet amazing Influencer Marketing Specialists that might join our Sales Development team and work with one of our partners from USA \uD83C\uDDFA\uD83C\uDDF8.

Remote is allowed, encouraged, and the norm. Now, and forever. There’s only one catch, and it comes from this guy: “Whatever you are, be a good one” - Abraham Lincoln.
…but you can always drop by our locations in Bucharest and Cluj if you’re around.

ABOUT YOU

• ✒️ You come with previous experience in a similar role, having an outreach, sales, or account management background
• ✒️ You have excellent communication skills, especially in English - we are looking for at least a C1 proficiency, both written and spoken
• ✒️ You are confident in participating in online meetings with the partner’s team sharing ideas, updates, and defining strategies
• ✒️ You have great communication skills, you are friendly, open, and genuine when passing info to other people
• ✒️ You are familiar with using CRM tools and Google Spreadsheets
• ✒️ You are willing to learn and grow - we are young and restless and want that from you as well
• ✒️ You can follow a step-by-step process but also be creative enough to create a process from scratch or detect and suggest possible improvements.

• ️ You will be responsible for accelerating the growth of our client’s influencer/affiliate partner program by hunting, selling and onboarding new influencers/affiliates
• ️ You will initiate prescribed outreach cadences for all hunted and third-party leads each month using chosen sales tools
• ️ You will handle general objections about our partner and understand the competitive landscape to better handle competitor objections, all while setting upfront expectations with prospects about how often they should expect to promote in order to be successful
• ️ You will maintain accurate details of all client interactions, including emails and calls, ensuring all lead statuses are up to date at all times
• ️ You will report on key pipeline metrics on a regular basis
• ️ You will give feedback using both qualitative and quantitative points on what is working or not working with the outreach process / lead qualification process with third parties
• ️ You will dig into available data on occasion to better understand why certain tactics have or have not worked and/or to better understand individual performance
