Are you a go-getter with a passion for building influencer marketing strategies that drive real results? We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist (gn) with a proven track-record, who can help us define a successful influencer marketing playbook at Freda together with our existing team.
This position is perfect for someone who’s seen it and done it before; you understand the nuances of influencer partnerships and are driven by the challenge of turning collaborations into revenue-generating initiatives. Tasks

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with our overall brand objectives, ensuring performance-driven decision making to continuously refine our approach.
  • Collaborate with our influencer marketing team, working with various creators from diverse fields such as food, sports, and lifestyle.
  • Identify and engage authentic creators with strong communities who align with our brand values and strategic goals across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and podcasts.
  • Build and maintain close and long-term partnerships with our creators
  • Lead negotiations with creators and agencies, leveraging strong people skills and a deep understanding of platforms in the influencer ecosystem
  • Manage the entire partnership process, including initial contact, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationship management with creators and their management teams.
  • Clearly manage the expectations of creators and agencies, providing constructive feedback on performance to ensure successful and economically viable partnerships.
  • Identify, nurture, and strengthen economically beneficial partnerships that drive value for both the creators and our brand.

Requirements

  • You are knowledgeable: Demonstrated success in influencer marketing, particularly within a D2C environment in Germany. You have a track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns that drive growth.
  • You are a high performer: You have a proven experience thriving in a high-performing team and you are passionate about supporting your team members’ professional growth.
  • You are strategic: You have a proven ability to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies. You know how to make data-driven decisions to optimize spending and performance.
  • You are a relationship builder: You have a proven ability to establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with creators and agencies that align with brand values.
  • You are a collaborator: You possess exceptional communication skills that enable you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and departments, fostering a unified approach to influencer marketing strategies that align with overarching company goals and initiatives.
  • You are a negotiator: You find joy in negotiating and have a proven ability to secure the best possible terms for collaborations that benefit both the influencer and the brand.
  • You are well connected: You bring an established network in influencer marketing, particularly those with audiences that are male-leaning, aged 25-45 is a big plus.
  • You speak the language: You speak our customers’ and team’s language. Therefore, fluency in German and English is a must.
