We’re looking for a creative and dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help bring SiteTrax.io to the forefront of the logistics and tech community through influencer partnerships and social media activations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management, preferably with B2B or tech-related products.
- Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Experience in managing influencer campaigns from concept through execution, including outreach, contract negotiations, content development, and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or tech industries is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to create engaging and authentic influencer collaborations that resonate with targeted audiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset to measure and track campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Creative thinker with an eye for emerging trends in influencer marketing and social media content.
BONUS SKILLS:
- Experience with live streaming platforms or managing live stream campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI technology and its applications in logistics and transportation.
- Existing network of influencer contacts in the logistics, tech, or business space.

Responsibilities:
- Influencer Identification & Outreach: Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and key opinion leaders in the logistics, tech, AI, and supply chain sectors, as well as those with crossover appeal in business, entrepreneurship, and technology.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop influencer marketing strategies that encourage influencers to test SiteTrax.io and showcase the product through live streams, reviews, demos, or how-to content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Partnership Management: Negotiate contracts, manage influencer relationships, and ensure campaigns are executed as planned, including overseeing timelines, deliverables, and payment structures.
- Content Creation & Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to co-create engaging, authentic, and informative content (videos, live streams, blog posts, etc.) that highlights how SiteTrax.io solves real-world logistics problems. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics such as engagement rates, reach, conversions, and return on investment (ROI). Provide regular reports to the marketing team on campaign outcomes and recommendations for future improvement.
- Product Feedback Loop: Facilitate influencer feedback loops to help refine SiteTrax.io’s product and customer experience, using insights from influencers’ test experiences and audience engagement.
