LOCATION: UK REMOTE (LONDON)
We are looking for an Influencer Partnerships & Affiliate Manager, who will own the brand’s influencer paid partnerships focusing on driving conversion and ROI.
You will be a data-driven individual adept at identifying credible creators in the premium and clinical skincare space and onboarding them to the Allies affiliate program. Using this data and expertise, you will deliver ROI-focused paid partnership campaigns from end to end.

Responsibilities:
YOU’LL DO
- Working with the Senior Influencer & Advocacy Manager to set the strategy for paid partnership campaigns and affiliate marketing.
- Manage third-party affiliate platforms, including Shop My, to grow the Allies of Skin affiliate community.
- Driving the Global Influencer Marketing vision, delivering end-to-end paid influencer campaigns to support product launches, events, and key moments in the marketing calendar.
- Responsible for end-to-end relationship management with influencers, including but not limited to outreach, negotiation, nurturing relationships, and evaluating performance.
- Collating and analyzing data, including conversion, ROI, and new customer acquisition, to stay agile and reactive and define best practices for future activations.
- Ensuring the affiliate community is updated with key marketing moments and product launches.
- Working closely on a daily basis with the Allies Media Team, supporting key revenue-driving initiatives, identifying and utilizing successful influencer content for paid media usage, and negotiating paid media usage.
- Working closely with the Community Manager to communicate about key affiliate talent to onboard to Allies Club.
- Work closely with the social team to optimize influencer and ambassador content across brand-owned channels.
