REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent recruitment, or social media outreach.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple influencer partnerships simultaneously.
• Experience with influencer management platforms and tools is a plus.
• Passion for digital trends, influencer culture, and creative storytelling.
  Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 120,000 Monthly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Influencer Identification: Research, evaluate, and identify influencers on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more, based on campaign objectives, audience reach, and content style.
• Recruitment & Outreach: Initiate outreach to influencers, presenting collaboration opportunities and onboarding them into BuzzBite campaigns. Build rapport and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with influencers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and continued engagement for future campaigns.
• Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with influencers to negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and compensation, ensuring all parties are aligned on expectations and goals.
• Campaign Coordination: Work closely with account managers and strategists to ensure recruited influencers are a perfect fit for brand campaigns, driving engagement and results for our clients.
• Trend Analysis: Stay informed on the latest influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and shifts in platform algorithms to continuously enhance BuzzBite’s influencer recruitment strategy.
• Database Maintenance: Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts, performance metrics, and communication logs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Performance Tracking: Support the team in monitoring influencer content and performance, tracking key metrics to report on campaign effectiveness and influencer ROI.
