JOB DESCRIPTION

The Info Security Specialist on the Application Access Onboarding Team within Identity and Access Management (IAM) plays a key role in onboarding application access into our enterprise tool. You will work directly with application teams and vendors to understand their application access needs and translate them to fit into one of the standard solutions. You are responsible to ensure applications are meeting Identity and Access management policy and security requirements in order to ensure compliance and reduce risk. PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • College degree or equivalent industry experience and certifications, with proficiency in Identity and Access Management activities
  • Familiarity with directories (Active Directory, Ping Directory, LDAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Experience identifying security issues and risks and developing mitigation plans
  • Ability to work independently
  • Create and send onboarding surveys to application teams
  • Onboard in-scope applications to the organization’s global standard IAM platform and key controls
  • Consult and influence application teams to implement the best integration pattern for onboarding into the IAM platforms
  • Understanding privilege access needs in order to accurately and securely represent needs into the IAM platforms.
  • Establish application reconciliation processes, troubleshoot failures, develop resolution plans, and execute plans to completion
  • Liaise with application teams to oversee the design and implementation of aggregating the application’s system data into the IAM platform and processes
  • Investigate and report issues according to procedures and maintain ownership through to resolution
  • Support Identity & Access Management controls and processes in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Effectively communicate status on key deliverables
  • Perform quality assurance checks
  • Track/ensure evidence is appropriate and created
  • High level understanding of Federation/SSO Protocols ((SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect 1.0)
  • High level understanding of identity management (IAM) systems, including those involving Azure, Ping Federate, ForgeRock, SiteMinder, etc

Responsibilities:

THIS ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
