Informatics Pharmacist - Clinical, Medication Safety Analytics

REQUIREMENTS

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
• CSR-Prescriptive Authority preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’sdegree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Work collaboratively with analysts and pharmacy business leaders to provide insights and analytics for pharmacy businesses, including acute care, infusion, specialty, community, and long term care.

• Design, document, maintain, and implement pharmacy analytics solutions.
• Serve as a project leader and liaison between designated departments and groups to develop systems that maximize the use of data in pharmacy practice.
• Continually improve work procedures and processes for pharmacy analytics by working with technology professionals and pharmacy business leaders to analyze business needs, evaluate problems, and develop solutions.
• Collaborate on documentation and maintenance of information and systems.
