Job Summary
As the Information and Digital Technology (IT/DT) Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems and networks supporting the company’s electric mobility solutions. This role involves maintaining software systems, ensuring data security, and supporting the integration of electric vehicles (EVs) with digital platforms, Internet of Things (IoT), and mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) technologies.

Job Description/Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc. or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT management, digital technology, or a similar role, preferably within the electric mobility or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems management, digital platforms, cloud computing, and network administration.
- Experience with electric mobility systems, IoT technologies, and MaaS platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data security protocols, encryption methods, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proficiency in managing software systems and tools, including fleet management software, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
- Experience in customizing and integrating software applications to meet business needs.
- Proven experience in leading IT projects, from planning to execution, with strong project management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- In-depth understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices for securing digital systems.
- Ability to conduct security audits and implement preventative measures against data breaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address IT issues and troubleshoot system failures efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the management, configuration, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, networks, and hardware.
- Ensure the seamless integration of electric vehicle (EV) systems with the company’s digital platforms, including IoT devices and MaaS technologies.
- Ensure high availability of digital platforms and network systems to support day-to-day operations.
- Manage and maintain software systems used to support electric mobility operations, including fleet management software, cloud-based applications, and customer-facing digital platforms.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of software systems by implementing updates, patches, and upgrades as needed.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to customize and enhance digital tools, platforms, and software for better functionality.
- Implement and manage data security protocols to safeguard sensitive customer and business data, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Ensure that all IT systems comply with data protection regulations and industry standards related to electric mobility.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to support the integration of electric vehicles with IoT systems, ensuring efficient communication between vehicles, digital platforms, and users.
- Manage the deployment and operation of sensors, telematics, and other IoT devices related to electric mobility.
- Ensure that EV systems are connected seamlessly with MaaS platforms for real-time data sharing and enhanced user experiences.
- Lead and manage IT projects, including the implementation of new systems, tools, and technologies to support electric mobility initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide technical support during system implementation and testing phases, troubleshooting issues and ensuring successful deployment.
- Provide IT support to internal teams and stakeholders, resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on using IT systems and tools efficiently.
- Respond promptly to technical emergencies, minimizing downtime and ensuring the smooth operation of digital platforms.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital platforms, networks, and electric vehicle systems, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Create detailed reports on system performance, data security, and project progress, presenting these to management.
- Monitor key metrics to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the smooth operation of digital and IT systems.
- Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders involved in the development and delivery of digital technology solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in electric mobility, IoT, and digital transformation, recommending new technologies that can enhance operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology upgrades to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the user experience.
- Drive digital innovation by exploring and integrating new technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and big data analytics.
