Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Coordinator Records and Information within our Corporate Planning and Performance team, your responsibilities would primarily include:

  • Build and enhance collaborative working relationships with and deliver training to staff to facilitate their knowledge and understanding of recordkeeping and information management;
  • Support the delivery of initiatives and projects for a records and information management sub-service in line with strategic business objectives;
  • Undertake records management systems training of staff across the organisation and;
  • Undertake general records and information management functions including mail processing, document and records management, and records registration

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Proficiency in the operation of computer software and records management systems;
  • Understanding and working knowledge of records and information management legislation, standards and practices;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal!, verbal and written communication skills with customer service experience; and
  • Time management skills with an ability to manage priorities and be flexible to changing circumstances
