Description:

Based in London, our Financial Management Group’s Data Office coordinate the implementation of the Records and Privacy Framework in EMEA and the Americas.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise and coordinate the delivery of the records lifecycle management framework within EMEA and the Americas.This includes overseeing regulatory record keeping requirements, supporting data protection practices, as well as delivery of global Records and Information Management initiatives.
You will be partnering with the EMEA Group Data Office and ANZ Group Data Office and working with the EMEA and US Recordkeeping Community. Your success in this role requires using your excellent stakeholder management skills to build a broad stakeholder network across the business to understand regulatory and business drivers relating to records and information management.

What you offer

  • Sound knowledge, understanding or experience in operational risk management, data, information, privacy or records governance
  • Experience in working within financial services or highly regulated industries
  • Strong relationship building skills across all seniorities, alongside strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret compliance requirements and solutions to manage and prioritise work, with a demonstrated experience in effective problem solving
  • Knowledge of technical software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), technology environments or structured systems
  • Experience in M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerApps, PowerBi, Jira and Confluence.
