POSITION OVERVIEW

The CSO Policy Office as part of Business Information Security & Governance, Risk and Control (BIS & GRC) continuously maintain and improve the central Information Security Management System, its subordinate frameworks as well as its documentation. It ensures alignment with regulations and industry best practices by establishing a threat driven approach to support business objectives and mitigate corresponding risks.
The Information Security Policy of Deutsche Bank defines a comprehensive set of roles its implementation and to maintain its requirements.
Your responsibility is to oversee and manage the Information Security roles and the corresponding assignments in the current role management system.
In addition, you will act as a point of contact for the Information Security role holder community in CSO beside monitoring and supporting the role training requirements.
Besides the role management you will support the maintenance of CSO document portfolio as part of the policy office.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Background in information security, risk management, or similar.
• Good Excel skill using Formulas and Functions to automate reports;
• Ability to manage multi-tasks assignments and efficiently prioritize workload with limited supervision and resilient under pressure.
• Analytical skills to evaluate risks and control processes
• Ability to build a network in the business and among business managers, project managers and subject matter experts
• Strong communication skills both verbal (incl. presentation skills) or written and ability to deal with people at all levels in a global matrix organization
