DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking someone to join our Incident Response team as an Analyst in the Cyber Data Risk & Resilience department to detect and manage the reporting of information security incidents supporting all Firm Business Units.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.
This is a Cybersecurity Ops II position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents to ensure the organization’s systems and data are protected from actual and potential threats or breaches.

What you’ll do in the role:
- Contribute to the function through a range of operational activities and project tasks, developing an understanding of the business and operating environment.
- Triage and escalate potential insider threat alerts.
- Manage employee reported data leakage incidents.
- Support investigations utilizing logs and internal analytics.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to resolve incidents.
- Provide on call and out of hours support.
QUALIFICATIONS
What you’ll bring to the role:
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
- Willingness to engage with the broader global team, communicate goals, tasks and deliverables in 1-1 and team meetings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and correlation skills, with comfort or willingness to learn new data sets.
- Organization, attentiveness to detail, with a deductive reasoning skillset.
- Capable of handling sensitive situations with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and expand professional skills.
