The position reports Information Security Programme Manager and would be the role responsible for the management, maintenance, tracking, registration and renewals of all internet domains and external certificates.
The role would need to work closely with all Information Security Leaders, alongside the business, marketing, commercial IT and finance to support budget planning, reviews, including renewal of domains and certificates.
This will be a demanding role as the business currently has more than 1900 internet domains and an unknown number of certificates. The role will continue to expand and cover other areas of Information security once the domain name management is under control.

What will you be doing?

  • Act as a point of contact for all the queries related to new and existing internet domains(registrations, renewals, de-registrations,etc.)Maintenance of full and accurate list of all registered internet domains and internet facing certificates
  • Ensuring all domains are registered correctly and according to S+N standards
  • Scheduling and chairing a cross-business internet domain governance forum
  • Reviewing and updating the internet domain standards and policies
  • Assisting the wider Information Security function to spread awareness of the policy and escalate when non-adherence is discovered.
  • Working closely with the wider Information Security team help manage and address any known risks relating to the internet domains or certificates either registered in the risk register or highlighted via the internet monitoring services such as BitSight.
  • Defining, implementing and presenting monthly reports on all aspects of internet domains and external facing certificate.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Feel comfortable with data analysis, planning reporting, financial data, etc.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills (Fluent spoken and written English is very important)
  • Experience within process excellence and change management field
  • Knowledge of Internet domain and certificate management
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in IT business with interest in the InfoSec domain
  • Ideally experienced in complex global and regulated business
