Mobility payment solutions encompass fuel cards, toll boxes, fleet services, eV charging, and VAT refund services to heavy-vehicle or light-vehicle segments, either in direct sales or through resellers.
IT Security, IT Risk management and IT compliance are at the heart of our business platform to guarantee trust with our stakeholders; in this context we’re looking for an Information Security Leader for the Mobility business line in EMEA region.
Our future colleague will be responsible of the following:
- Ensure the deployment of Group Information Security Policies across the Mobility EMEA business line, considering local requirements and facilitating the creation and update of local procedures.
- Implement the Group information security strategy at the Mobility EMEA level, while accommodating the specific needs and nuances of the business line.
- Develop and lead the Information Security roadmap, encompassing projects and operational activities aimed at enhancing the security posture and maturity level of IT teams on security-related matters. Collaboration with Infrastructure, Workspace, Architecture, and Application peers is integral to shaping the security roadmap.
- Advocate for and adhere to the IT compliance budget to bolster support for the security roadmap.
- Oversee the growth and development of the Information Security team. Foster awareness of security best practices among Business Units, spanning from end users to top management.
- Communicate security risks and proposed mitigation plans to the management. Provide support to business stakeholders in local audits, certifications, and bids & tenders.
- Manage IT compliance by coordinating with internal and third-party Information security auditors, leading Information security audits on key providers, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations when necessary. The recommendations from Information security audits serve as inputs for IT roadmaps and activities.
- Champion and guide the IT resilience program, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) implementation.
- Manage and report security incidents and vulnerabilities to local stakeholders, as well as Group Security Operations Center (SOC) and Security Centers of Expertise.

- GT Mobility CISO in charge of the Mobility Business Line
- All IT Directors in Mobility EMEA, and their teams
- All Mobility EMEA General Managers (region and BU levels)
- Data Privacy teams (Group and Business Line)
- GT infrastructures & architecture teams
- Other GT Security Leaders: other BL CISO and Head of Center of Expertise (COE)
- Edenred GT Security community of experts
