QUALIFICATIONS:
- CISM, CISSP or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in product support or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with product development and troubleshooting processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Information Security Manager is responsible for security, maintenance, and guarding of our digital infrastructure and digital assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Develop and implement an overall information security program to protect the company against security breaches and vulnerability issues.
- Conduct regular system audits, identify potential vulnerabilities, and manage the response to security incidents.
- Perform security awareness training for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
- Develop and alter processes to align with strategic direction and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (CE+) and work towards ISO 27001.
- Manage and mitigate risks by conducting comprehensive risk assessments and defining mitigation measures.
- Oversee incident response and disaster recovery efforts to ensure business continuity.
- Stay up to date with the latest threats and security trends and educate employees on best security practices.
- Manage day to day security ops, develop junior staff and encourage growth and learning throughout IT.
- Provide clear management reporting.
- Work with our 3rd party providers to ensure a seamless service.
- Be prepared to travel around the world if required.
