Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Information Security Manager (ISM) plays a significant role within Bizzdesign’s Security & Compliance Team. In this dynamic role, the ISM will design, develop, and maintain policies, procedures, and (technical) controls aligned with information security frameworks. Currently, Bizzdesign holds several (Information) Security certifications and attestations.
As a result of two mergers, we will need to expand this, including FedRAMP Authorization. Several other interesting projects are planned in order to optimize and improve the overall security management and posture of the future group.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Preparing, monitoring, and updating the information security management environment (systems, policies, procedures).
  • Monitoring and coordinating the review and publication of our client’s policies and procedures with the process owners.
  • Promoting awareness of good information security practices.
  • Managing risks and issues ensuring they are communicated and mitigated so that the business is kept fully informed of progress.
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to drive continuous security improvement.
  • Working with prospects and customers to provide information about Bizzdesign’s security processes and answer questions.
  • Conducting periodic information security audits, suggesting countermeasures, and proactively developing solutions.
  • Managing information security transformation projects, including compliance and audit-related projects.
  • Monitoring the information security management framework and proactively identifying improvements.
  • Reporting information security incidents, suggesting countermeasures, and following up on the implementation of countermeasures.
  • Reviewing reports from penetration tests and regular vulnerability scans.
  • Initiating, writing, and completing projects.Assisting during external audits.
