Responsibilities:
THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As the Information Security Manager, you will take charge of Reshape Biotech’s information security function and lead all internal and external security tasks. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that we can support our growth securely and sustainably. This role involves evaluating, implementing, and maintaining the information security measures that protect our critical assets and data. You’ll also support our commercial growth by delivering IT and Information Security expertise to our commercial teams and customers as part of our sales processes and ongoing customer success efforts.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies and protocols.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations.
- Lead incident response initiatives and manage security breaches effectively.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with all Reshape teams to ensure robust security measures across all systems.
- Educate and train employees on information security best practices.
- Provide security input for commercial processes to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.
- Ensure that our practices meet or exceed SOC2 standards and GDPR requirements, protecting customer data and maintaining regulatory compliance.
