This team will be responsible for providing production support for 4 critical IAM (Identity and Access Management) applications. These applications will fall under the Privileged Access and Password Management capabilities within IAM. The manager will lead a team of operations engineers who will be working on these applications to provide 24*7 support. The manager will be responsible for change Management, Incident Management and problem management related to these four applications.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of engineers that provide Operational support to Privileged access and Password management solutions.
- Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and standards related to privileged access and Password management
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global strategy for Privileged Access Management and Password Management operations aligned with the organization’s overall cybersecurity goals
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that Privileged Access Management and Password Management practices align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Incident Response, Service restoration and Root cause analysis: Collaborate with the Technology Major incident Management teams to investigate and respond to production outages related to privileged access and Password Management, drive the service restoration and determine the root cause and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans specific to privileged access and Password management incidents
- Conduct technical investigation of security-related incidents, and conduct post-incident digital forensics to identify causes and recommend future mitigation strategies
- Manage implementation of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity
- Work with more experienced technologists and teams
- Interface with senior and executive level leadership
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Information Security Opertations
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Leadership experience
- 4+ years Identity and Access Management experience
- 4+ years of CyberArk experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Operation and maintenance of the Privileged Access Management to support various business use cases
- 4+ years Identity and Access Management experience with deep understanding of architecture as well as technical hands-on capabilities
- Strong experience with CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault and Hitachi Password Manager
- Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to positively influence, motivate, and direct diverse teams
- Ability to take an active role in the education, mentoring and training of less experienced team members
- Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
- Strong experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Password Management solutions
- Experience working in financial industry with heavy regulated environment
