Information Security Officer (f/m/d).

Tasks

• Development of information security policies and procedures
• Implementation of security measures (both technical and non-technical)
• Monitoring the security infrastructureLeading incident response efforts in the event of a security breach
• Risk assessment and management with the goal of risk minimization
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., through audits)
• Conducting training and awareness programs for employees

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in managing information security management systems according to ISO/IEC 27001(: 2022)
• Familiarity with BSI governance and software security standards such as IT-Grundschutz and BSI TR-03161 (Parts 1-3)
• Experience in creating and adapting SOPs and work instructions in collaboration with relevant departments
• Knowledge of requirements and methods for threat modeling and penetration testing is a plusIdeally, experience in conducting internal audits
• Ability to assess risks to evaluate data protection risks associated with data processing and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures
• Ability to work independently and a high level of responsibility for one’s actionsHands-on mentality
• Willingness to identify potential for improvement and find solutions for those affected
• High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive and personal data
• Excellent English skills (both written and spoken), German is a plus
