QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for someone with experience working with information security, specifically experience in setting strategies and policies in a tech company. You probably have a degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or another relevant education. In this role, it’s important that you are a good communicator and can explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand way. You should also be proactive and have the ability to identify and drive improvements.
- Knowledge of security standards and frameworks, e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, Cybersecurity Framework, and GDPR
- Experience working with or knowledge in incident management, vulnerability management and risk assessment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and presentation skillsExperience in leading and driving projects
Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Together with the Head of Information Security you’ll develop and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the InfoSec team. This includes prioritizing and managing security initiatives to align with organizational goals. In this role, you’ll also provide comprehensive support across the organization, including system assessments, requirements setting, and guidance to system owners. This is a collaborative role where you’ll work closely with our legal team as well as other teams in the organization.
- Develop and implement information security strategies, policies, and guidelines
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
- Lead and drive security-related projects and initiatives
- Act as an advisor and expert on information security for the organization
- Manage security incidents and vulnerabilities
Monitor and improve our security systems and processesStay informed about trends and threats in information security
