Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service,
  • Proven experience in the IT department in the support/security team,
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems,
  • Knowledge of VLAN, IPsec, SSL VPN, WI-FI,
  • Familiarity with AWS and Google Workspace,
  • Basic information security/risk management knowledge,
  • Degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable degree or successfully completed further education or training in the field,
  • Active approach towards managing risks,
  • Certifications such as CISP, CISA, CISM are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical support for users and timely resolution of IT issues in person or via remote channels,
  • Preparation, installation and configuration of computer hardware and peripherals,
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure system reliability and security,
  • Diagnosing and solving problems, including technical, network, and software issues,
  • Assist in the management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems,
  • Document IT procedures, technical solutions, and knowledge base articles for reference and training purposes,
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues,
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to avoid downtime,
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards in all IT operations,
  • Help in maintaining and improving IT security measures.
