Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service,
- Proven experience in the IT department in the support/security team,
- Proficient knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems,
- Knowledge of VLAN, IPsec, SSL VPN, WI-FI,
- Familiarity with AWS and Google Workspace,
- Basic information security/risk management knowledge,
- Degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable degree or successfully completed further education or training in the field,
- Active approach towards managing risks,
- Certifications such as CISP, CISA, CISM are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support for users and timely resolution of IT issues in person or via remote channels,
- Preparation, installation and configuration of computer hardware and peripherals,
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure system reliability and security,
- Diagnosing and solving problems, including technical, network, and software issues,
- Assist in the management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems,
- Document IT procedures, technical solutions, and knowledge base articles for reference and training purposes,
- Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues,
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to avoid downtime,
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards in all IT operations,
- Help in maintaining and improving IT security measures.
