Our digital software, coupled with corporate cards and payments infrastructure, eradicates manual administrative tasks for businesses. Experiencing huge growth in the Swedish and Finnish markets, we have recently secured substantial funding to fuel our expansion both in Sweden and internationally.

In 2021, Mynt obtained financial license as an e-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
In 2022, we announced a partnership with Fortnox, integrating corporate cards within their platform. Early in 2023, a similar card-issuing partnership was announced with Accountor Group in Finland. Additional partnerships are in progress and under development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT, information security, or equivalent.
• Previous experience of working with information security.
• Experience with relevant information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, DORA, or NIS2.
• Good knowledge of information security regulations, and experience in working with laws and regulations related to personal data handling (GDPR).
• Technical competence/certification in cloud security and information security tooling (eg IDP / IPS, endpoint management systems).
• Fluent in Swedish and English

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Information Security Officer, that will play a critical role in safeguarding our information assets and IT infrastructure. This position requires a strong aptitude for managing complex security challenges and working collaboratively across various departments.
This role offers a broad scope of responsibilities and the unique opportunity to work closely with different teams, engaging in both strategic and operational aspects of information security. This involvement provides valuable insights and the chance to make a meaningful impact on security initiatives across multiple levels.
You will work closely with our CPO, CTO, tech team and Head of Legal.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and coordination of Mynt’s information security strategy and technical environment.
• Design and implement security procedures and coordinate regular audits.
• Support the procurement and deployment of new services and systems.
• Manage the overall security framework and setting security requirements for suppliers.
• Drive initiatives related to risk assessment and ICT suppliers assessment.
• Oversee and develop routines for personal data handling.
• Lead continuity management efforts, including regular continuity and recovery plan testing.
• Coordinate system penetration testing and security improvement activities.
