Description:
YOUR CREATIVE FIELD
We are looking for a full-time, permanent Information Security Process Manager (all genders) to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.
In this dynamic role, you as a Information Security Process Manager will take ownership of key ITIL-based processes, such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management, ensuring they are not only established but also continuously optimized to enhance operational efficiency and elevate service quality. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our ISO 27001 certification project, with a target to achieve certification by December 2026. This involves developing strategies that align our company with international security standards, ensuring our processes meet the highest levels of excellence.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and support, you’ll integrate these processes seamlessly into daily workflows, ensuring smooth execution across all departments. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of our IT service management processes, pinpointing areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
As a key figure in both internal and external audits related to ITIL processes and ISO certification, you will lead the audit process, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Moreover, you will serve as the primary point of contact for any process-related issues or escalations, providing guidance and swift resolutions to ensure everything stays on track.
