Overview:
PepsiCo is on the lookout for an Information Security Senior Analyst to join our IT team in Carrigaline on a contract basis.

As the Information Security Senior Analyst, your primary responsibility will be in the IT controls and compliance area with duties including managing the application risk assessment and associated remediation efforts, governance of application controls, process owner for application security controls with the responsibility of approving and reporting control results on a quarterly basis. The controls are primarily in the System Security space, including Identity and Access Management related controls (e.g. User Access, Recertification, Terminated Users). The role will require participation in security audits and involves collaboration with business and controls teams. The individual will manage a small team.
Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Information Technology or BIS qualification desirable.
  • Knowledge and understanding of business & IT controls.
  • Audit experience desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proven experience with reviewing large scale data sets with great detail and accuracy for global reporting and compliance.
  • Proficiency with presenting to senior stakeholders by both verbal means and written report.
  • Proven track record of working to deadlines as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with co-ordinating team work load and schedule
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Security

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the application risk assessments on an annual basis for existing applications and on an ad hoc basis for new applications.
  • Manage the remediation efforts resulting from the risk assessment outputs and collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the remediation efforts are resolved or mitigated.
  • Govern the design, implementation, and documentation of new controls.
  • Process owner for complex local non-SOX controls.
  • Manage the execution of daily/weekly/monthly controls.
  • Reporting controls on a quarterly and annual basis to IT & Business senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with business controls, technical and functional IT teams to execute against remediation and improvement plans.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.
