POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the global IT team, the Information Security System Specialist supports cybersecurity tools and threat intelligence to carry out security monitoring and runs IS operations on emerging threats and the appropriate course of action.
She/he works with internal resources and a network of external service providers including security vendors to guarantee the required level of IT security, collaborating in the administrations and maintenance of the information security solutions as well as supporting incident related.
Supports Information Security compliance and assurance, providing required support to Internal and External Audit preparation and sessions. Contribute to the Information Security Management System lifecycle and improvements.
Monitor CyberSecurity trends and hacker’s strategies, review and circulate relevant alert bulletins, contribute to the global Information Security roadmap definition and implementation.
Additional security-related administration includes phishing exercise simulation, information security training, risk assessment and controls catalogue repository, external service providers validation, non-standard software access administration.
The successful candidate needs to combine a diverse set of technical skills, including the ability to work in virtual teams with global team members and end-users; able to work in autonomy with a focus on providing technical advisement for change and problem management on Information Security; demonstrate a clear understanding of IT process background and service delivery approach to securing the consistent protection of IT services, as well as additional projects consistent with the role.
