Reporting to the Information Services Manager, The primary function of the IS Administrator is to perform EDI and Online Ordering Systems Support to our internal business users and trading partners. This role supports Onboarding of EDI partners, EDI system upgrades and testing initiatives, the timely processing Master Data requests and assists in Data Analytics and Reporting development initiatives. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a “can do” attitude, and will thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail.

• Education Required: Associate’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or Equivalent.
• Proven EDI experience.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards One World is an asset
• Experience with PowerBI, TM1, Cognos Report Studio are assets.
• Must possess great analytical skills and be detail oriented
• Must be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to work independently and with a team while delivering on-target results.
• Customer Support focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Execute EDI Daily Management of EDI inbound and outbound transactions.
• Execute processing of Master Data Requests.
• Assist in the development of Reports and Data Models.
• Execute Business Continuity Planning tasks.
• Support the IS team and work with JDI IT, JDI E1 teams in resolving system issues.
• Be involved in continuous improvement projects.
• All other duties as assigned
