Description:
DEPARTMENT INFORMATION

Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide technical support for the technology infrastructure that connects the campuses, Learning Centers and the Aurora Research Institute
- Maintaining and administering network operating systems, which includes installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, storage devices, peripherals, operating systems and applications.
- Managing the computer inventory and replacement plan. Assessing hardware and software needs to determine and evaluate if they should be purchased to meet current or projected needs.
- Completing Helpdesk and end-user support reports. Providing tier-3 user support.
- Supporting and training faculty/staff/students with systems applications, computer facilities, and distance education needs.
- Developing and implementing IT security measures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
