Reporting to the Cluster Director of Finance and participates as a member of the Technology Services Team responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- To provide a high level of operational stability for property based technology.
- To provide high levels of service and support to each property as per property based Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Resolves complex problems in consultation with other senior IT resources
- Provides training/guidance to less experienced staff.
- Recommends improvements on established incident management processes.
- Assists in maintaining ACCOR IT standard guidelines.
- Ensure monitoring of ALL recovery system (tape backup and virus protection)
- Provide escalated support to Technology Services staff.
- Assist and support strategic plan implementation.
- Implement and support ACCOR best practices.
- Contribute to ACCOR Technology Services knowledgebase.
- Looks for opportunities for new technology that may be beneficial to customer.
- Provide after-hours pager support.
- Participate in management of all aspects of a project as directed by RSM
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Support role within a fast-paced environment.
- Sound Computer knowledge in Opera System, MICROS and MS office applications etc.
- Good project management skills
- Pleasant personality
- Neat appearance
- Displays initiative
- Customer/people-oriented
- Pro-active and requires minimum supervision
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Team player
- Dynamic and Entrepreneurial personality with great energy and initiatives.
- High attention to detail and ability to complete projects.
- Enjoy working in multicultural/multinational environments.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence.
Additional Information
Additional Language is an added advantage.
Preferably having hotel finance knowledge to support accounts team.
