Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing support to the Customer Technical Representative (CTR) by interpreting and representing the customer discussions and requirements; 2) Serving as senior technical advisor for all customer service problems; 3) Providing input to CTR for preparation to the final report on Contractor performance for the applicable task order; and 4) Providing customer representation in any discussions regarding service level agreement clarification and or definition and support process. NOTE: This information must be FULLY supported by your resume. IN ADDITION, I have IT-related experience demonstrating the following four competencies: 1. Attention to Detail, 2. Customer Service, 3. Oral Communication, and 4. Problem Solving.

FOR THE GS-11, EDUCATION MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE AS FOLLOWS:

Successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited or pre-accredited institution in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics or technology management.
OR
Successfully completed 3 full years (54 hours) of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited or pre-accredited institution in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management; or graduate education that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES

  • You will diagnose information technology (IT) customer service requests to determine feasibility of additional requirements with existing capabilities.
  • You will provide support to the Customer Technical Representative (CTR) by interpreting and representing the Customer in contract discussions and requirements.
  • You will review installation plans to ensure they meet Customer and Regional Operational requirements.
  • You will oversee the procurement of hardware or software releases to maintain compatibility with current operations.
  • You will analyze information technology (IT) policy and planning issues to resolve problems.
