About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Customer Success Manager, will works closely with the Informit Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams, as well as the broader Informit team, to play a critical operational role in developing marketing collateral to support Informit’s marketing efforts. The position is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns and activities to promote Informit through conferences, websites, social media, partnerships, and other relevant channels.

Your roles and responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and stakeholders in sales and product teams to create and implement marketing initiatives aligned with overall goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners to promote Informit’s products and services, ensuring alignment with partnership goals and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, conference
  • invitations, and customer updates, ensuring timely delivery and professional presentation.
  • Organise internal and external mailing lists, ensuring accurate segmentation for targeted email campaigns.
  • Work with graphic designers to develop print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, and conference collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate and update website content in collaboration with the product team to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with vendors and the sales team to deliver Informit’s presence at conferences, including booth signage, branded materials, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with the preparation and tracking of budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.

About You
To be successful in this position you will have:

Essential

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, print, and digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and effectively prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining website content using a CMS, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Experience creating and coordinating email marketing campaigns, including updating mailing lists and segmentation.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate acrossteams and present ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including brand guidelines, campaign coordination, and basic copywriting.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and post content on social media channels effectively, including creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with audiences.

Desirable

  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar tools to create email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in a corporate events role
  • Familiarity with joint partnership marketing campaigns and building strong partner relationships.
