Infrastructure Advisory Associate

The Infrastructure Advisory team provides advisory and financing services focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt advisory to a global client base. We are looking for an Associate with a strong interest in the infrastructure sector.

What role will you play?
You will work with the senior team to execute opportunities, assisting them in all marketing and transaction execution activities with an emphasis on financial analysis. You will prepare financial models and pitch books for marketing and transaction execution purposes as well as model cash flows / financial projections to support transactions. You will also have the opportunity to attend relevant meetings and industry conferences.

What you offer

• 4-7 years of relevant infrastructure experience (either from an Investment Bank, Project Finance / Infrastructure lending bank or top-4 accounting
• Skilled in financial modelling
• Thorough grasp of financial concepts and valuation
• You will be able to demonstrate your deal execution experience and be regarded as an outstanding performer amongst your peers
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Any other language skills are advantageous
• An excellent academic record.
