ABOUT THE ROLE AND WHERE YOU WILL BE WORKING:

The Infrastructure and Support Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organisation’s technology infrastructure and support services in alignment with organisational objectives. This pivotal role involves leading a team, ensuring the reliability and performance of technology systems, including a proactive customer service mindset and approach
This role is located in our Central Office in Rivervale and is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory position and in the delivery of proactive customer service.
• A track record of delivering results in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Expertise in technology roadmap planning and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, cloud and virtualization technologies.
• An understanding of infrastructure design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
• Previous experience in implementing and maintaining backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning, testing and processes.
• Demonstrated understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks(V3 or V4)(D).
• Demonstrated ability to follow risk management strategies, identify and report hazards ,and adhere to work health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to drive change and business improvements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Proven skill in managing small to medium sized Technology projects to deliver required results.
• Well-developed budgeting and financial management skills.
